Terms of service

Effective 20 October 2026. These terms are written in plain language; the headings are for convenience.

1. Who we are

Taporix is a loyalty-card service operated by Fuorix ("we", "us") from Lahore, Pakistan. It lets a business (a "cafe") issue digital stamp cards to its customers ("members") through Google Wallet and a web card.

2. Two kinds of users

Cafes sign a service agreement with us and pay a subscription. Members join a cafe's card by giving a mobile number. Sections 3 to 7 apply to cafes; sections 8 and 9 apply to members; the rest applies to everyone.

3. Cafe accounts

We create an owner login for each cafe. The owner is responsible for the people they give cashier PINs to and for keeping logins private. Tell us immediately if a login may have leaked and we will reset it.

4. Subscription and payment

Plans are priced per month in Pakistani rupees and listed on the pricing page. Payment is by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer; we record each payment against your account. If a payment is late, your cards keep working for a 7-day grace period, after which joining and stamping are paused until payment is received. Nothing is deleted during a pause. Prepaid periods are not refundable except where the law requires it.

5. What the cafe may and may not do

The cafe owns its relationship with its members and may export its member list. The cafe must use member numbers only to run the stamp card and send offers related to the cafe, must honour deletion requests passed on by us or made by members, must not sell or share numbers with third parties, and must not send offers that are misleading or unlawful. We may limit how many offers a cafe sends to protect members from spam.

6. Content and branding

By uploading a logo or text you confirm you have the right to use it and allow us to show it on cards, join pages and notifications. We may remove content that breaks Google Wallet's policies or the law.

7. Ending the service

Either side may end a cafe's subscription at the end of a paid month by telling the other in writing (a WhatsApp message counts). On ending, we provide a final export of the member list on request and stop stamps and offers for that cafe. We may suspend a cafe immediately for non-payment after the grace period, for misuse of member data, or if required by law.

8. Members

Joining a card is free. You give a mobile number and, optionally, a name, and agree that the cafe may send offers to the card. You can turn off notifications in Google Wallet at any time and can ask the cafe or us to delete your card and details. Stamps and rewards are given by the cafe at its discretion and have no cash value.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

10. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; phone networks, Google Wallet and hosting providers are outside our control. Stamps are always recorded on our servers first, so a temporary Wallet outage does not lose stamps. Support is offered by WhatsApp and email during business hours in Pakistan.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to a cafe in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid by that cafe in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we give cafes at least 14 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. Continuing to use the service after that date means the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.

14. Contact
